PPTO is able to give our Customers „Key Ready“ homes, offices and any other kinds of buildings.  Our usual way of constructing new buildings and building parts includes wooden pre-fabricated elements or modules. We think, that this way of building is the fastest, most efficient and at the same time environmentally friendly, since wood is our one and only natural resource that reproduces itself. 
Our „Key Ready“ conseption includes all the stages of the buildings from designing the buildings till the very last brush stroke. 
The Customers get their security by the warranty years, that PPTO is providing. The warranty period is in accordance with the laws and regulations of the country of construction.

At first PPTO was founded to mainly carry out renovation and reconstruction works in south Estonia. In time PPTO has spread to all kinds of other building and debuilding activities in Estonia and all over other contries. 
PPTO has a lot of experience in renovation and reconstruction works and we know and see the value of old buildings. We enjoy the process and most of all we love the result of such buildings.
